Praying the five P’s in Pakistan

But certainly God has heard me;He has attended to the voice of my prayer. -Psalm 66:19

“A fortress for Islam.” That’s how many refer to the country of Pakistan. Welcome, World Prayer Team, today we’ve got good news: God’s Word is penetrating that fortress and changing the lives of those who hear it. Rejoice with us in this report from a leader of THRU the BIBLE’s Home Group movement:

“I visited many Pakistani family homes in June. Those who are committed have been inviting their Muslim friends to join them. While some are afraid to openly express that they have accepted Jesus Christ as their Savior, they are at peace by believing in Jesus Christ. I have recommended they continue to study the Word of God, and I have advised them on how to continue to live a quiet life of faith. I believe there will be a time for boldness, but until then, I know the Lord is preparing them. Please keep us in personal and gathering prayers so that we can reach everyone in this country.”

Thank God He is answering our prayers in Pakistan. Keep praying, Team. Let’s use these five P’s as our guide.

On their behalf, ask God to:

• Prepare
• Protect
• Provide

And, when the time is right, pray He gives them the courage to glorify His name:

• Proudly
• Publicly
