Hearts Awakened and Families United in Iran

Call to Me, and I will answer you, and show you great and mighty things, which you do not know. – Jeremiah 33:3
The nation of Iran is often seen through the lens of religious restriction, but God sees it as a land filled with people He dearly loves. Despite religious oppression, God’s Word is shining powerfully and with great purpose. With THRU the BIBLE’s Farsi-language program, broadcast via radio and digital platforms, the message of hope in Jesus Christ is reaching those whose hearts are longing for truth.
In a country where many must practice their faith in secret, God is building up believers and hearing their prayers. Despite the risk, people are coming to know Jesus in Iran, proving that the light of God’s truth cannot be silenced.
Here’s one inspiring story from an Iranian listener:
“I live in Iran and listen to the Farsi program. I called the program to ask for prayer for my daughters to come live with me and to walk with God. Soon after that and despite many hardships, my daughters are now living with me and have come to faith in Christ. Praise and glory to God! I have not yet been baptized but am learning more about the Bible and about baptism. This is giving me strength to continue to serve God in Iran.”
Praise God for this testimony of faith and answered prayers. God brought this listener and her daughters back together—and drew her daughters to faith in Christ. Even in countries where Christianity is not welcomed openly, God’s truth cannot be restrained!
As we reflect on this listener’s story, may it encourage us to pray boldly for Iran. Ask God to continue His mighty work in every home where THRU the BIBLE is heard. May God’s Word strengthen believers, draw seekers, and ignite revival across Iran.
