What’s keeping you from a close relationship with God?

“Fear kept me from many good things in life, including a close relationship with God.”
That’s what we recently heard Jakov, who rides the Bible Bus in Croatia. Here’s more of his story:
“Although I believed in God, I had a difficult time completely trusting Him. One day I listened to your program and found some peace. I then listened regularly, and it helped me deal with daily issues and slowly my relationship with God grew. I began to find strength, spiritual peace, and joy in His Word. Now I find God’s love illuminates even the darkest moments of my life. I am trying to let God transform and renew me even more to serve Him with a sincere heart. May God guide and bless you.”
Is there something keeping you from a closer relationship with God? As we pray for Jakov, tell the Lord about it. Like Jakov, ask Him to use His Word to transform your life with His strength, peace, and joy. Then pray the same for your brothers and sisters on the Bible Bus in your neighborhood.
