Praying for Muslim background believers in Mali

For it is the God who commanded light to shine out of darkness, who has shone in our hearts to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ. -2 Corinthians 4:6
“I have heard your programs and am convinced that Jesus Christ is the way to eternal life.”
That’s what we hear from a fellow Bible Bus passenger in Mali. Here’s more of his story:
“I confess that your program has given me a lot of information and truth about God and the salvation of man, but I am afraid to become a Christian because I come from a big Muslim family. If they find out I have left Islam, they will be angry and disown me. Please help me with your prayers and advice.”
Thank God that His Word is breaking through barriers in Mali, where more than 95% of the population is Muslim. As you pray for this listener, pray for all those who hear THRU the BIBLE and want to follow Jesus. Ask God to remove any fear and uncertainty that keep them from drawing near to Him. May His truth bring freedom, hope, and courage to worship the One who offers eternal life.
