It’s time to celebrate in Pakistan

It’s time to celebrate in Pakistan. Welcome, World Prayer Team. Today on our journey we meet Saddam who has good news to share:
“My family, my friends, my tribe (Marwari), we all followed Hinduism. Yet, I faced many hardships and difficulties. I had a problem of evil spirits. This began my search for something more.
“I found a pastor who shared your teaching with me. When we listened to the program on John 3:16 something happened. I cannot describe the change within me. I asked the pastor to pray with me. At that moment I chose to believe in Jesus Christ.
“Now I continue to listen to your program and share them with others. They help me to keep my faith firm and my whole family has become believers. They are also growing in their spiritual lives. I have also shared these programs with my tribe, and many are also coming to faith.”
If there is one thing we’re learning as we travel together it’s this: God’s Word has the power to change lives. Today thank Him for it in your life and in Saddam’s. As it goes out today in Pakistan, Peru, Pennsylvania, and beyond, thank Him for the work He’s doing within the hearts of all those who hear it.
