Studying God’s Word is a pleasure and a privilege

On our prayer journey today we meet with Sonia, a fellow Bible Bus passenger who shares:
“When I was in nursing school in Jamaica, I had a little ‘beat up’ radio and the only program I could find was Thru the Bible. I was lonely and away from home, and this station was my joy and comfort. Dr. McGee’s voice soothed me, and I usually slept well after hearing God's Word.
“I am now 67 years old, and I live in Atlanta. Upon retiring from nursing, it was my delight to find Dr. McGee again. I'm a member of the Bible Bus and am going to be a regular contributor to the fuel. Thanks y'all, all glory to God my Savior.”
No matter our age or stage in life, studying God’s Word is a pleasure and privilege. Thank Him for His faithfulness throughout the years and His promise that we will someday be with Him forever. (Sonia—thanks for sharing your story and your helpful gas money for the Bible Bus!)
