Where to find freedom and joy

“I do not pray for these alone, but also for those who will believe in Me through their word; that they all may be one, as You, Father, are in Me, and I in You; that they also may be one in Us, that the world may believe that You sent Me. And the glory which You gave Me I have given them, that they may be one just as We are one: I in them, and You in Me; that they may be made perfect in one, and that the world may know that You have sent Me, and have loved them as You have loved Me.” -John 17:20-23
If you hopped aboard the Bible Bus today, you heard Gregg and Steve give us plenty of reason to praise and thank God! Here’s another great story from Ameera in Algeria:
“I come from a Muslim family and secretly began studying the Bible with you. I started in Genesis and was overwhelmed, so I reached out to your team for guidance. They connected me with a wonderful mentor who shared about Jesus and the Good News. I began listening to your study in John first, then went back to Genesis. What a difference this made. In John 17 Jesus’ prayer touched me deeply. He is now my Savior. I feel that I can trust and rely on Him, that Christianity isn’t a list of ‘do’s’ and ‘don’ts.’ It’s a life of freedom and joy. Thank you for this gift.”
Thank God for Ameera and all those who hear God’s Word and respond. Together let’s pray in 2024 more people in Algeria and throughout the Muslim world hear His Word and discover the freedom and joy found in a life lived with and for our Lord, Jesus.
